All events are open to Chinese Americans and people in any other ethnic groups; scientists, engineers and any other professionals; and all regional community members. Interesting individual must register to participate. The formal response email from GLCACS serves as the acceptance for your participation. GLCACS reserves the right to cancel the event or refuse accepting an individual's registration if the event's safety is concerned. If you need any particular accommodations in order to attend our event, please contact us in advance.
We are making our best effort to provide welcoming, friendly, inclusive and safe venues for our events. Any political biased activities, discriminatory behaviors, or commercial promotional actions without permission are strictly prohibited.
In the meantime, all event participants shall be fully responsible for their own safety, including guardians being fully responsible for the safety of their accompany minors. By registering for any of events hosted by the GLCACS and its partners, the participant agrees to entirely waive the GLCACS' and its partner's responsibilities from any health conditions (such as sickness, injury or death) or any property losses that incurred to the participant and his/her accompany minors.
GLCACS may share some photographs taken during our events among the event participants or use them in our organization publications such as emails, newsletters, website, and other social media. By registering for any of events hosted by the GLCACS and its partners, the participant consents that the GLCACS has his/her permission for use of any photographs that have his/her image or the image of his/her accompany minors for the above said usages.
